Good communication, but the app needed more revisions than planned
The team stayed responsive and polite during the build, but our first app version still needed several revisions before it felt ready for users. They did continue helping after launch, which we appreciated, but the process took longer than expected and we had to revisit a few important screens.

The reporting and communication were solid, and the team was easy to work with. Our main frustration was speed. We expected campaign traction sooner, and it took longer than planned to see movement. The setup improved, but the early progress was slower than hoped.
