The process was professional and communication stayed clear throughout. The first round of logo concepts did not fully match the direction we wanted, but the later revisions were much stronger and more refined. We ended with a usable mark, though the process took more back and forth than we originally expected.

The finished website looked much better than what we had before, and the structure made more sense for customers. The only issue was that the project took longer because we had to revise and gather content several times. The result was solid, but the timeline stretched out.
