The app experience improved after the feature scope was refined
We started with a larger feature list than was realistic for the timeline. Techi Champs helped narrow the product down to the essentials and the user experience improved because of that. The build still needed a few refinements, but the product direction became much clearer.

The site is easier to navigate and feels much cleaner
The redesign made the website feel more modern and easier for people to use. Important pages are now more direct, and the contact journey feels better thought out. It was a noticeable upgrade from the previous version.

The AI implementation helped reduce repetitive internal work
We wanted a practical AI setup that would support the team without making things overly complex. The final implementation improved efficiency in a few repetitive areas and gave us a better structure for internal summaries. It took a little adjustment, but the value was there.
